International Time Certain Service features strict control of delivery standard to guarantee the fastest delivery among international postal service.
Delivery results are automatically notified to the sender. In case of delayed delivery, postage charge paid by sender is returned in full.

  • Outbound items, when shipped on an airplane by the afternoon of the mailing date, are delivered to the destination country within the same day or by the next morning, and delivery attempts to the addressee are made on the next day or 2 days later from the mailing date.
  • Only for documents under 2 kg
  • Delivery standard: By the next day (2 p.m.) from the arrival at Incheon IPO (By 9 a.m. for Hong Kong)
    • Items shall be accepted from Monday to Thursday (not available for Friday, Saturday, Sunday, other holidays)
    • For Seoul, items shall be accepted by 3:30 p.m., and for other areas, items shall be arrived at Incheon IPO by 3:30 p.m. on the next day of postage.
